Pricing and Order Expiration

b. For orders that have been generated but not yet paid, the specified order price will be reserved for you within the validity period (as indicated in the order details). However, inventory availability will be prioritized for customers who complete the payment. If the payment is overdue and remains unpaid, the order will be automatically marked as invalid. To proceed with the purchase, you will need to place a new order at the current price.

c. Before completing the payment process, we will inform you of the purchase price, which excludes taxes, levies, and other charges. Payment Terms
All payments to CyberPCB must be made in U.S. dollars. The customer agrees to pay CyberPCB the full amount specified in each invoice without any deductions or offsets. CyberPCB accepts payment methods such as bank wire transfer, electronic funds transfer (EFT), credit card payments, and account balance. CyberPCB reserves the right to modify the payment methods and exchange rates of transaction fees at any time without notice.

 

Delivery
a. The delivery date provided on the CyberPCB order is an estimate. We will make every effort to ensure prompt delivery for a better customer experience. However, CyberPCB will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to document corrections or payment scheduling reasons.

b. Unless it is due to shipping issues specific to the order, CyberPCB does not store or retain any packages. If the failure to deliver on time is due to reasons beyond our control, such as personal reasons on your end, CyberPCB will not be held responsible, and you will bear any associated losses.

 

Damaged Goods
a. If there is any delay, loss, or damage to the goods, please retain relevant evidence and contact CyberPCB as soon as possible. We will guide you to the best of our ability regarding remedial measures. However, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages that are not within our control.

b. If you receive goods with quality issues, you have the right to investigate the damages caused to you. Please email [email protected] and provide pictures of the product problems. CyberPCB will assess the issues, and both parties can negotiate replacements, discounts, refunds, etc. In case of a dispute regarding the quality issue or whether it was caused by CyberPCB, you will need to provide a third-party test report for confirmation.

c. If a refund is applicable due to damaged goods and you agree to it, CyberPCB will waive the handling fee and deposit the refund amount into your CyberPCB account. This amount can be used for future product purchases on the CyberPCB website but cannot be withdrawn or transferred. For cash withdrawals, please contact your sales representative.

 

Refund
For orders that are eligible for a refund due to product problems, CyberPCB will refund the remaining balance to your account or the specified account based on the agreed refund amount. You will be responsible for any bank handling fees incurred, and CyberPCB will not be liable for any expenses other than the refund amount.
